Auction values from the actual draft rooms before you draft.
Auction Value Edge is the latest tool from Fantasy Football Helper. This resource provides platform-specific auction values for Yahoo, ESPN, and Sleeper, matched to your league settings, so you can spot underpriced and overpriced players before your league mates.

Why Auction Value Edge is Different
Auction Value Edge from Fantasy Football Helper is the only fantasy football tool that collects auction values directly from the actual draft rooms for Yahoo, ESPN, and Sleeper — and it’s completely free. Unlike generic cheat sheets, it matches values to your league size, scoring type, and QB settings, and includes PPR, 0.5 PPR, and Standard projections tailored to your league profile. You also get real human support, not a chatbot: if you have questions, you can communicate directly with the person behind the tool.
| Feature | Auction Value Edge | Generic Auction Draft Tools |
|---|---|---|
| Real Auction Values | Auction values from actual draft rooms | Generic or averaged auction values |
| Resource Diversity | 4+ sources for 1 QB leagues, and 3+ for Superflex leagues, all side-by-side. | Often one platform or no platform breakdown |
| League Customization | Values matched to league size, scoring, and QB settings | One-size-fits-all values |
| Platform Pricing Edge | Sortable by source to see over/under-valued players per platform | No easy way to compare platform-specific pricing |
| Visual Scanning | Colour-coded auction values for quick edge detection | Usually plain text or no color coding |
| Integrated Projections | PPR, 0.5 PPR, and Standard projections built into the sheet, based on your league profile | Rarely included for free, if at all |

Replacing the Old Cheat Sheet
Auction Value Edge was built to replace the old auction cheat sheet for most users. Every year, 1000+ requests come in for multiple versions of the cheat sheet, often for different league setups, scoring formats, and platforms. This new tool saves time by automatically matching auction values to your league profile instead of requiring repeated custom requests. It’s a necessary upgrade to keep up with growing demand, especially since the number-one request from users each year is for updated values before their draft date.
For people with highly customized leagues, the original cheat sheet is still available. If your league has very unusual settings that aren’t covered (or closely covered) by the tool, you can still use the older version. However, due to the labour required to maintain the cheat sheet manually, longer wait times are expected, and users who have donated will be prioritized.

Common Questions About Auction Value Edge
Yes. The tool is free, just like everything else offered on Fantasy Football Helper
Auction Value Edge is set to launch in June, and launch-list subscribers will get access as soon as it goes live.
For 1QB leagues, Auction Value Edge includes auction room values from Yahoo, Sleeper, and ESPN for 10-, 12-, and 14-team leagues. Additional values are provided through FantasyPros and community mock drafts. If demand is high enough, extra platforms like CBS and NFL.com may also be added.
For SuperFlex leagues, fewer platforms offer auction values, so the source list is more limited. However, you’ll always get at least three sources, including Sleeper, to ensure reliable coverage.
Yes. Once you receive the initial sheet, you’ll get periodic updates throughout the pre-draft season. As we approach late August and Labour Day weekend (when most fantasy football drafts take place), updates will become more frequent. You’ll also receive updated values automatically in case of player trades, injuries, and other breaking news.
You’ll get a link to access your own updated copy by email, so there’s no need to reach out or request updates.
Yes, the fantasy football auction values cheat sheet is still available, but it is being phased out. Auction Value Edge was built to scale and meet growing demand, covering the majority of league setups. For users with unusual league settings where the tool won’t be useful, the original cheat sheet remains an option. However, due to the time required to maintain updated auction values for complex league formats, cheat sheet requests will take longer than expected. Users who have left a tip will always be prioritized and moved to the front of the queue.
