2026 Devy, CFF & C2C Rankings

Devy, CFF, and C2C Ranks— All in One Place

Devy, CFF, and C2C rankings are difficult to find, especially all in the same place. Most publications and content creators cover one league type, hide rankings behind a paywall, or publish content in video format that you cannot easily reference during a draft.

Here at Fantasy Football Helper, we aggregated rankings and ADP from 12+ expert sources across all three league formats into a single free Google Sheet. The sheet covers 750+ players and includes raw expert data, source URLs, and consensus ADP for devy, CFF, and C2C leagues. New sources will be added continuously until the college football season kicks off.

Here is what is inside:

  • Fully editable and filterable Google Sheet
  • Devy, CFF, C2C, and freshmen rankings for 750+ players
  • Raw expert rankings with source URLs
  • Consensus ADP built from 12+ sources
  • Freshman rankings with On3 and 247Sports recruit ratings

How the Sheet Works

Tab 1: All Rankings
A master view of every player, with their devy, CFF, and C2C ranks side by side. This is your starting point for evaluating players across all three formats at once.

Tab 2: Devy Rankings
Every expert source is listed as its own column. The consensus rank and ADP are automatically calculated across all sources. If there is a source you disagree with, remove it, and the consensus recalculates based on the remaining sources. The sheet also tracks how many sources ranked each player, so you can see which players have the most consensus behind them and which are flying under the radar.

Tab 3: CFF Rankings
Players are ranked by college fantasy ADP. Each player is designated as either Power 4 (P4) or Group of 5 (G5), which is useful for leagues that separate conferences or apply different scoring settings.

Tab 4: C2C Rankings
C2C ADP from community mock drafts and Campus 2 Canton’s top 30 rankings are both included, allowing you to compare community consensus with expert rankings for each player. Draft eligibility year is also provided for the top 200 players and is continuously updated.

Tab 5: Freshman Rankings
Every freshman is listed with their star rating, 247Sports rating, and On3 rating, along with their devy ADP and C2C ADP. This tab is especially useful when paired with CFF ADP for managers participating in devy and C2C supplemental drafts. The overall freshman rank is a custom Fantasy Football Helper ranking, designed to filter out players with low source counts (i.e., how many experts ranked them in published rankings).

Tab 6: Source URLs
Every source used to build the consensus is listed with the publication name, date pulled, and a direct link. You can see exactly where the data came from and go deeper on any source you want.

Devy Rankings & ADP

In devy leagues, the objective is to identify college players who will eventually make an impact in the NFL. Unlike CFF, where college production directly translates to fantasy points, devy formats are driven by NFL draft projection and long-term professional upside. The top of this year’s devy drafts is heavily concentrated with prospects from the highly anticipated 2027 class, including 10 of the first 15 selections who are eligible for the 2027 NFL Draft.

The Fantasy Football Helper rankings aggregate devy rankings and ADP from 9 expert sources covering 217 players mentioned across expert rankings and mock drafts.

Key Devy Findings

Jeremiah Smith is the clear 1.01 in devy drafts. The Ohio State wide receiver ranks #1 across all nine sources, the only player with a perfect consensus. Smith and Arch Manning are the only players ranked inside the top 10 by every source, making them the safest startup assets according to consensus. Malachi Toney is right behind, being ranked in the top 9 in eight of nine ranking sources.

The further you get down the board, the more the opinions diverge. Julian Sayin is one of the best examples. Nearly half of experts rank him in the first round, while numerous others have him as late as the fourth. That is one of the widest ADP ranges among top prospects in the sheet, and exactly the kind of situation where removing a source you disagree with changes your board significantly.

Top Devy Freshman ADP

Among incoming freshmen, four players have separated themselves from the rest of the class entirely:

Devy and C2C devy freshman ranks and ADP.

Chris Henry Jr., Tristen Keys, Savion Hiter, and Ezavier Crowell are all going in the 17–20 range in devy ADP. The next freshman doesn’t come off the board until after pick 34. That gap shows how far ahead this tier is from the rest of the class.

Our freshman rankings also include star ratings and grades from 247Sports and On3, so you can evaluate their recruiting profile alongside devy and C2C ADP.

CFF Rankings & ADP

In CFF leagues, NFL draft potential is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is college fantasy production, which is why the CFF rankings look completely different from devy. Running backs dominate the top of CFF drafts, and Group of 5 players who are afterthoughts in devy leagues become legitimate first round assets.

This sheet pulls CFF ADP from 10+ expert 2QB best ball drafts. This format rewards volume and production over NFL projection, which is why players like Easton Messer, Beau Sparks, and Brad Jackson show up in round 1 despite having little to no devy value. Once Fantrax and Underdog drafts open in the summer, that ADP data will be added to the sheet, giving you an even larger sample size as the season approaches.

C2C Rankings & ADP

Campus 2 Canton (C2C) leagues require managers to evaluate players through two lenses simultaneously: college production and NFL potential. A player who dominates in college but never gets drafted has limited C2C value. A high-end NFL prospect who barely touches the ball in college is also a risk. The sweet spot is a player who produces at the college level and projects as a legitimate NFL contributor, which is exactly why elite multi-format players are so rare.

Because C2C rankings currently have fewer dedicated sources than devy or CFF, the best approach is to use the devy rankings and CFF rankings together. The top of C2C drafts tend to be devy heavy since NFL-calibre players provide more long-term roster value. When college production matters, the CFF rankings fill in the gaps. Used together, these two tabs give you the most complete picture of any player’s C2C value.

Frequently Asked Questions for Devy, CFF, and C2C Ranks

Q: What is the difference between devy, CFF, and C2C fantasy football leagues?

A: Devy (developmental) leagues allow managers to roster current college players based on their NFL draft potential. The goal is to identify future NFL contributors before they turn professional. College stats are secondary. What matters is whether the player will get drafted and contribute at the NFL level.

College Football Fantasy (CFF) leagues are the opposite. NFL potential is irrelevant. Managers score points based entirely on college production, which is why running backs and high-volume receivers dominate CFF drafts. Group of 5 players who are afterthoughts in devy leagues are commonly drafted in the 1st-round of CFF drafts.

Campus 2 Canton (C2C) leagues combine both. Managers draft players in college and retain them through their NFL career. The best C2C assets are players who produce in college and project as legitimate NFL contributors, which is why elite multi-format players are so rare.

Q: Who is the consensus #1 devy pick?

A: Jeremiah Smith (WR, Ohio State) is the consensus #1 devy pick. He is ranked #1 across all 9 devy sources in the Fantasy Football Helper Rankings Sheet, making him the only player in the sheet with a perfect source consensus. Smith and Arch Manning are the only two players with a top 10 ranking across all 9 sources.

Q: Who are the top devy freshman prospects?

A: Chris Henry Jr., Tristen Keys, Savion Hiter, and Ezavier Crowell are in a tier of their own among incoming freshmen. All four carry a devy ADP between 17 and 20. The next closest freshman, Jalen Lott, has a devy ADP of 34.67. No other freshman in the sheet has an ADP below 34, making this a clear separation at the top of the freshman class.

Q: Who are the safest players to target in the first round across all league types?

A: Only four players in the Fantasy Football Helper Rankings Sheet rank in the top 10 across devy, CFF, and C2C leagues: Jeremiah Smith, Malachi Toney, Ahmad Hardy, and Kewan Lacy. These are the only players with elite college production, broad expert consensus, and legitimate NFL draft upside. If you play in any combination of devy, CFF, or C2C leagues, these four are the safest first-round investments regardless of format.

Q: Is the Fantasy Football Helper Rankings Sheet really free?

A: Yes, and there will never be a payment asked for. Fill out the request form at the bottom of this page, and the sheet will be sent to you within 24 hours. No paywall, no subscription, no catch.

A: The sheet covers 750+ players across six tabs: a master all-rankings view, devy rankings with ADP from 9 expert sources, CFF rankings from 10+ expert best ball drafts, C2C rankings with Campus 2 Canton and BlueChip ADP, freshman rankings with 247Sports and On3 recruit ratings, and a source URLs tab with direct links to every source used. New sources will be added continuously until the college football season kicks off.

Q: What makes this rankings sheet different from other devy, C2C, or CFF resources?

A: Most platforms cover one league type, hide rankings behind a paywall, or publish content in video format that you cannot easily reference during a draft. Fantasy Football Helper’s expert consensus rankings covers devy, CFF, and C2C rankings in a single place, aggregated from 12+ (and counting) expert sources into a true consensus ADP. No other publicly available resource combines all three formats for free. The sheet is also fully editable, meaning you can remove sources you disagree with and the consensus ADP recalculates based on the remaining sources.
